Principals

Phillip K. Haynie, CRNA, MSN, MBA

President

Mr. Haynie graduated from the U.S. Army/University of Texas Houston Health Science Center Program in Anesthesia Nursing. He also received his MBA from Auburn University. He has over 10 years of clinical experience, including all types of anesthesiology practice from solo to large groups. He attended the Joint Trauma Training Center at Ben Taub General Hospital in Houston, Texas. He received the Sarah A. Haliburton Award for Excellence in Anesthesia Nursing and the Phantom Warrior Award for Excellence in Anesthesia Nursing. He is a member of the Medical Group Management Association, American Association of Nurse Anesthetists. He is also a Green Belt in Six Sigma™ Quality Management.

Noel G. Poindexter, CRNA, MSN

Vice President

Mr. Poindexter is also a graduate of the U.S. Army/University of Texas Houston. He has over 10 years of clinical experience. Mr. Poindexter is an active member of many professional organizations, including the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and Medical Group Management Association. He received the Ira P. Gunn Award for Clinical Excellence for his work at Tripler Army Medical Center.
