In 2001, Haynie co-founded and became president of Resource Anesthesia.

Because of Resource Anesthesia’s unique centralized approach, Haynie collaborates daily with facility management to reach operational and policy decisions. This allows Resource Anesthesia to standardize where appropriate and leverage “best practices” for the facilities. Haynie also provides clinical care when there is an opening.

In 2001, Poindexter co-founded and became vice president of Resource Anesthesia.

Because of Resource Anesthesia’s unique centralized approach, Poindexter is often onsite and ensures that an evidenced-based practice is adhered to by our providers. Poindexter’s hands-on approach to customer service provides in-depth and current knowledge to assist your facilities management team in achieving its goals. Mr. Poindexter also covers clinical needs when there is an opening.
